Applicable legal framework
- Law No. 29408 — General Tourism Law and its Regulations (S.D. No. 003-2010-MINCETUR).
- Law No. 30963 — Amends the Criminal Code regarding penalties for sexual exploitation offenses, with special emphasis on protecting children, adolescents and women.
- Law No. 30802 — Establishes conditions for the entry of children and adolescents into lodging establishments, guaranteeing their protection and integrity.
