We understand that travel plans can change. Below are the cancellation and refund conditions that apply to bookings made with Quillari Tours.
Cancellation by the traveler
- 15 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 7 and 14 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 7 days before the tour start date, or no-show: no refund.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your tour at no extra cost if you request it 15 days or more in advance, subject to availability of spots and tickets (Machu Picchu, trains, etc.).
Cancellation by Quillari Tours
If Quillari Tours cancels a tour due to extreme weather conditions, force majeure, or failure to reach the minimum required number of travelers, we offer a 100% refund or a free reschedule, at the traveler’s choice.
Force majeure situations
Exceptional situations such as natural disasters, government closures of archaeological sites (for example, Machu Picchu), or health emergencies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, always prioritizing rescheduling over financial penalty.
Booking deposit
The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is subject to the same refund conditions indicated according to the cancellation timeframe.
