Booking and payment
A 50% deposit of the total tour value is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the service begins, according to the conditions indicated at the time of booking.
Pricing
Prices are published in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed through the deposit payment.
Required documentation
Travelers are responsible for carrying a valid passport or ID. Some tours have a minimum age requirement, indicated on each tour’s page.
Liability
Quillari Tours acts as a tour operator, coordinating transport, guiding, accommodation, and entrance tickets with authorized providers. Our liability is limited to the proper delivery of the booked services and does not cover losses, damages, or expenses arising from force majeure events.
Force majeure and itinerary changes
Quillari Tours may modify the itinerary for safety reasons, weather conditions, closure of archaeological sites, or other causes beyond our control, always prioritizing traveler safety.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers adventure activities and medical emergencies. Insurance is not included unless expressly stated in the booked tour.
Traveler conduct
Travelers agree to follow the instructions of the guide and Quillari Tours staff throughout the trip, for their own safety and that of the group.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
